How Often Do I Wear Them?
You should keep your aligners in, just remove them to eat and to brush your teeth.
Wearing them 20 to 22 hours a day will get the best results. Invest in your smile, by committing to wearing your aligners as much as you can.
Parents, the teen aligners are advanced and have a blue strip to let you know if they are being worn enough.
